Arise

images (2)Arise oh weary one. Arise and follow Me into Life. Trust in Me, lean in on Me from the epicenter of your heart. I will bring peace in unearthly ways.

Free the essence of your humanity. Learn to move to the heartbeat I provide. There is always hope. Some must look harder for it than others. Do not question the ways of your life. Search for Me, find Me, believe in My unending goodness regardless of how you have performed. You will always find Me when you believe in My ways. I will straighten littered paths of old. Walk with Me today into the clearing, towards the sea and rising sun.

Waves tumble, methodically crashing into the shore. The sight and sound can bring a sense of frustration at the intensity – the ferocity of impact and strength.

Though it can soothe, through the realization of the orchestrated process from the unseen beginning towards the growing crescendo on through the powerful climax and completion – a predictable process that can frustrate or calm. A choice of response, of taking in what pleases and leaving of the rest. A pending relationship. A choreographed dance; or an odd game of cat and mouse.

The tide will change and the winds will shift. Patterns still emerge, as sure as the setting sun. Comfort or confusion; yet our Maker is aware of each movement. Where the eye and ear gaze so will the heart be.

Our God is a God of unfailing love. Seek His face over the fright of any crashing waves. Over time the soothing rhythm of the sea will calm your anxious heart. He is faithful and true.

The seas have lifted up, Lord , the seas have lifted up their voice; the seas have lifted up their pounding waves. Mightier than the thunder of the great waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea – the Lord on high is mighty. Your statutes, Lord, stand firm; holiness adorns your house for endless days.  Psalm 93:3-5

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war.  Revelation 19:11

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.  1John 1:9
